WELCOME

This is the information point for the Honors Program Working Group.

The Honors Program Working Group was formed in August 2006 as a result of informal conversations among faculty in the Humanities and Social Sciences Division. It’s primary task to to provide the vision for the honors program and to develop the materials and ideas necessary to implement it. Working Group membership has grown to include faculty from the Math-Science, Business, Developmental Education, and Health and Human Services Divisions. The group members are committed to this initiative because they believe it will lead to exciting teaching and learning activities for our students and faculty, provide new educational paths for our students, and enhance the stature and competitiveness of the college.

If you are interested in teaching in the Honors Program or would like to find out more about the program contact Robin Datta (rdatta@edcc.edu, 425-640-1590). We are always interested in hearing from you.
